Molly Ettenborough, Newburyport

Molly Ettenborough is the Recycling and Energy Manager for Newburyport. In addition to managing recycling efforts, she oversees energy supply and procurement for the municipality, the city’s Green Communities designation, and energy efficiency programs. Previously, Molly was a business development specialist for a number of start-up initiatives and also served as the General Manager of Citizens Energy.

Tina Klein, MassDEP

Tina Klein has been with MassDEP for just over 10 years and Municipal Grants Manager for the last seven. Prior to DEP she worked as the Recycling Coordinator for the City of Lowell for three years, and for the global consulting firm, Accenture, implementing global software solutions for nine years.

Rosemary Nolan, Braintree

Rosemary Nolan has spent over twenty years in the solid waste field. She has worked for Quincy Public Works Department, MassDEP and most recently as the Solid Waste Coordinator for the Towns of Braintree and Weymouth. She thinks outside the box and spearheads unique solutions, saving municipalities thousands. She provides solid waste consulting services as well specializing in contract design and negotiations.
