May 21 10 am North Reading	Got Books? TOUR Got Books is a North Reading, MA-based used book seller and fundraiser dedicated to keeping books out of the trash. Got Books raises money for local charities and nonprofit groups through book donations. They have 230+ book containers placed throughout New England at which to donate used books. Can’t make it to the donation container? You can still donate through the Got Books complimentary pick-up service offered throughout MA and NH Address & Directions Instructions: Tour is half hour. June 17 11 am Springfield	Springfield Materials Recycling Facility TOUR Learn more about recycling in western Massachusetts by visiting the Springfield MRF. The tour begins with an educational video about recycling, waste reduction, and how recyclables move through the facility. Then there is a walk-through component where you will view the sorting process, material baling, and truck weighing. We also talk about what the recyclables are remanufactured into after they leave the MRF and how we can “get in the loop” and buy recycled products to keep recycling sustainable. Address & Directions Instructions: Not all parts of the tour are handicap accessible. Tour is one hour. REGISTRATION
