Vivian Futran Fuhrman, Product Stewardship Institute
Vivian Futran Fuhrman is PSI’s technical lead on pharmaceuticals. She earned her PhD from Ben Gurion University focusing on the health and policy implications of endocrine disrupting chemicals in the environment, a BA in Political Science from Duke University, and a Masters of Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
Claire Galkowski, South Shore Recycling Cooperative
Claire Galkowski has been the Executive Director of the South Shore Recycling Cooperative since 1998. She served on the Board of MassRecycle for ten years, and as President for two of them. Claire now serves on the Westwood Environmental Action Committee and the Environmental Action Group at the Unitarian Universalist Church in Sherborn.
Alison Keene, American Coatings Association
Alison Keane is an environmental attorney with 20 years’ experience in both the private and governmental sectors. She is currently the Vice President for Government Affairs with the American Coatings Association, responsible for the Association’s advocacy activities on behalf of paint and coating manufacturers in the US, including the industry’s product stewardship organization, PaintCare.
Waneta Trabert, Product Stewardship Institute
Waneta Trabert has been the electronics and packaging lead with the Product Stewardship Institute for a year. Prior to joining PSI, Waneta worked at the Wisconsin DNR on electronics recycling and coordination of Wisconsin’s residential recycling program. Waneta earned a master’s degree in resource management where she researched compostable plastics.
